KD Transport specializes in:

 Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) and Overweight Cargo Transportation

 Heavy Machinery Shifting (buses, trucks, construction equipment, etc.)

 Hydraulic axle, low-bed, semi-low-bed, and other specialized trailer operations

All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and applicable regulations.

3. Booking and Payment

 Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting our team directly.

 Rates are provided based on cargo type, weight, dimensions, distance, and route.

 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or full payment as agreed.

 All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved methods (Payment Gateway, bank transfer, cheque, UPI, etc.).

 Taxes, tolls, permits, and other statutory fees are charged as per applicable laws.

4. Customer Responsibilities

 Ensure accurate information about cargo dimensions, weight, and nature. Provide necessary permits, licenses, and documents required for transport.

 Ensure proper packaging and securing of cargo prior to loading unless otherwise agreed.

 Provide safe access and sufficient space for loading and unloading operations.

5. Delivery Timelines

 While KD Transport strives to deliver within agreed timelines, delivery schedules may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, weather conditions, government regulations, or mechanical issues.

 KD Transport will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

6. Liability and Insurance

KD Transport takes utmost care during transportation; however, liability for cargo damage, theft, or loss is limited to the extent covered under applicable law or as specified in a written agreement.

 Clients are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for their cargo. KD Transport can assist with insurance arrangements upon request.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials (without prior disclosure and compliance), explosives, perishable goods (unless specifically agreed), or any cargo restricted under applicable Indian laws.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

 Cancellations must be made in writing (email or official letter).

 Refunds, if applicable, are subject to deductions for administrative and operational costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any advance paid for permits or government fees is non-refundable.
